Poco X2 Launched

Poco X2 launched with Snapdragon 730G and 120Hz display: Is it really worth the Hype?

Its been almost one & a half year we have not heard from Poco after the Poco F1 launch. The Poco F1 was a great phone for its price. Many still had hoped while many thought that Poco is dead after Former Poco India head left Xiaomi. In the last few months of 2019, C Manmohan, the Head of Poco India threw some light that we will hear from Poco in 2020. And the day is here but its’s not the F2 rather it is, Poco X2. But you all were waiting for F2 right? Well, this device is a mid-range offering from Poco, we think we will hear from Poco more (and maybe even F2) because the company decided to operate Poco as an independent brand under Xiaomi which means there will be budget,mid-range as well as flagship phones from Poco in future.

Poco X2 Processor &  Storage

Few leaks claimed that Poco X2 will be a rebranded version of Redmi K30 which was launched in China recently and the leaks are indeed true. The device comes with a Snapdragon 730G chipset which is a gaming-centric chipset which we also found on the Realme X2. This has been coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which can be expanded via the hybrid dual-SIM slot. The liquid cool technology that we previously saw on Poco F1 is also there on this device as well. It also boasts the IR blaster which was missing on Poco F1.
